Job Description
Shape election success as an Election Trainer for the City of Vancouver. This auxiliary role focuses on developing and delivering training programs for approximately 2,200 voting staff before the municipal election in fall 2026.
As the Election Trainer, you will report to the Training Manager, collaborating with various election staff to equip personnel with essential skills for voting operations. This role requires extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and the development of engaging training materials suited for diverse audiences, all within a tight timeline leading up to the elections.
