Position: Supervisor – Effluent & Yard
Location: Kapuskasing, ON – Papermill

Requirements:
- Language: English (spoken and written) and French is an asset.
- Education: University degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or related field or College Equivalent.
- 3 – 5 years experience in the field or related field.
- Strong knowledge of effluent treatment processes.
- Excellent leadership qualities and team management abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Utilities Superintendent.
- Support compliance with collective agreement and sound union / management / employee relations.
- Maintain a communications program to keep your team informed regarding mill and department priorities.
