Join our team at Oxford Learning Barrhaven and play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our centre.

This is an in‑person position based at our Barrhaven location. Applicants must be able to commute to the centre reliably. Please note that this is not a remote or online role, and relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities

• Guiding prospective parents through Oxford Learning programs and answering inquiries
• Organizing and managing student and teacher schedules
• Setting up and administering student assessments
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized learning programs
