Edmonton Project Manager in Construction
Job Description
Join our team as a Project Manager in Edmonton, Alberta, orchestrating construction projects with attention to deadlines, budgets, and contract specifications. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality results throughout project lifecycle.
Initially located in our main office, the position transitions to a project site near Fort Saskatchewan. You will coordinate preconstruction efforts, review execution plans, and enhance team productivity with effective leadership. Mastery of Building Information Modeling and active project risk management are key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preconstruction and bidding activities
• Chair meetings with various stakeholders
• Ensure contract adherence and quality control
• Manage Last Planner System processes
• Conduct inspections and manage change orders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 4+ years in construction
• Familiarity with contract documents and specifications
