Edith Cavell School invites applications for the Vice Principal role for the school year. This strategic leadership position supports educational improvement and student engagement.
As a part of the five-year term, the Vice Principal will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing student outcomes and will need a minimum of five years of teaching experience. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a New Brunswick Principal's Certificate. You’ll participate in key planning before the school year while demonstrating a commitment to a successful educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive student learning and school improvement
• Collaborate with staff on best instructional practices
• Engage in planning and preparation activities
• Monitor and support effective assessment methods
• Create a safe and positive educational atmosphere
Requirements:
• At least five years of educational experience
• Ability to gain a New Brunswick Principal's Certificate
