EBS Functional Analyst

Role:

· Gather and document business requirements collaborating with process owners to translate needs into clear functional specifications

· Proactively identify and investigate recurring Oracle EBS issues, analysing trends and root causes to reduce repeat incidents and improve system reliability

· Develops and presents clear, actionable recommendations, proposing effective and innovative solutions that address underlying causes and deliver measurable improvements

· Contributes to reduced rework and support effort, helping prevent future occurrences of known issues and supporting a more stable, efficient service for end users
