**East Imaging Sales Leader**
The Imaging Sales Leader – East will be responsible for the P&L for Diagnostic Imaging North America and delivering the AOP and Strategic Plan for Diagnostic Imaging NAM.
**Your role:**
+ Building a high-performing team of Imaging Sales leaders with a winning mindset/culture among the entire Diagnostic Imaging Sales organization
+ Building strong customer relationships, particularly with Key Opinion Leaders in Radiology and Key Decision Makers at Leading Customers
+ Driving strong enforcement and execution of the Strategic plan for Diagnostic Imaging
+ Leading the key transformations required for Diagnostic Imaging, including Sales Excellence and Customer Experience Transformation (in partnership with our service teams)
+ Delivering above market results, and in particular, strong growth in market share, improvement in Integral Gross Margin/Integral Sales Margin, growth in Net Promoter Score and Employee Engagement Survey
