Earthworks & Civil Engineer Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all earthworks, civil infrastructure, and concrete construction activities.


• Manage excavation, grading, compaction, drainage, roads, foundations, and structural concrete works.


• Monitor schedule, productivity, cost, quality, and safety performance.


• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and contractors to resolve site issues.


• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.


• 12–15 years' experience in mining or mineral processing projects.


• Minimum 8 years in Superintendent/Senior Supervisor roles.


• Strong brownfield project and large-volume earthworks experience.


• Knowledge of geotechnical testing, concrete construction, and survey controls.
