We are looking for an Earner & Marketplace Operations Coordinator to join our Delivery team in the Andean & Caribbean Region of LATAM, one of the most dynamic and fast‑growing areas in the business.

In this role, you'll drive key operational improvements to ensure marketplace health and balance. You'll partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure Earners (couriers), Eaters, and Merchants enjoy a seamless, reliable experience—while helping our business grow sustainably across Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico.
