Role Summary

The Early Learning Educator supports the holistic development of young children through culturally responsive, play‑based learning rooted in Mtis culture, language, and values. The educator creates a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes childrens physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive growth while fostering a strong sense of identity and belonging within the Mtis community.
