POSITION OVERVIEW
ComPsych is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network, delivering high-quality counseling services to employees and their household members. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
EAP Network Providers are responsible for delivering high-quality, ethical, and client-centered counseling services in alignment with ComPsych’s EAP model and clinical standards. Providing short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling to employees and eligible household members, primarily through in-person sessions within your community Conducting intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and counseling sessions focused on practical strategies, coping skills, and stabilization Supporting clients as they navigate concerns such as workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, work-life balance, and other non-acute behavioral health needs Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordanc...
