The Shift Manager role is designed for candidates with restaurant experience looking to lead and inspire. With at least one year in the industry, you'll be responsible for scheduling, training Sandwich Artists™, and practicing inventory control. This is a full-time position requiring active communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences consistently
• Schedule and supervise restaurant staff operations
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are upheld
• Manage inventory and keep supplies organized
• Perform equipment checks and necessary paperwork
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least 1 year of prior restaurant experience
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Physical stamina to lift 40 pounds as needed
