Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of injury and illness case processes
• Engage with stakeholders for effective information sharing
• Assess suitability of return-to-work programs
• Monitor progress of established return-to-work plans
• Support multi-disciplinary team meetings for complex cases
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree in related field
• At least five years of experience in client service roles
