Quantum is searching for a driven Accountant with approximately 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience. You will report to the Director of Finance, focusing on trust accounting, billing, and compliance. Experience in Soluno or equivalent legal accounting systems strongly favored for this permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
• Process payroll efficiently with ADP
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Aid in month-end and year-end closures
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 5+ years' accounting experience, law firm preferred
• CPA designation in progress is a plus
