Job Description
Take on the Duty Manager position at Swissport and oversee operations in Executive Lounges, ensuring an exceptional travel experience for guests in an airport environment.
Reporting to the Lounge Manager, you will lead the operations of the Executive Lounge, supervising staff while maintaining high standards of service. This role requires expertise in customer service, compliance management, and strong leadership capabilities. You will facilitate guest interactions and ensure staff performance meets company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct Lounge Agents' daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with budget and audit requirements
• Maintain high standards of guest service responsiveness
• Train and develop staff in line with operational standards
• Communicate effectively with airline customers and authorities
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in a management role
• Proficiency in both English and French
