In this supervisory role, you will oversee the Structural, Mechanical, Finishing, and Electrical Draftsperson teams, ensuring engineering concepts are effectively translated into production-ready drawings. Close coordination with Project Management, Production, and external contractors is vital, along with managing document flow and providing technical guidance. Leadership and strong engineering knowledge are key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accuracy of drafting work across multiple disciplines
• Confirm compliance with engineering codes and standards
• Manage workloads and communicate work priorities clearly
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility
• Conduct technical meetings to resolve drawing-related issues
