Dual Enrollment Coordinator

MAJOR FUNCTION

: The Dual Enrollment Coordinator is housed within the Admissions and Records and will report to the Director of Recruiting and Admission.  The Coordinator’s role is responsible, independent and specialized work in dual credit programs, to include program recruitment, advisement, student admission and registration, and transition activities.

Primary duties will include, but are not limited to: 

Admissions, Registration and Enrollment Duties:

• Develops yearly dual enrollment calendar and establishes and implements a timeline and processes for all tasks related to DE recruitment, enrollment, retention, and reporting – including dual enrollment application, testing, registration, and enrollment roster due dates.
