Elevate Drax’s Alberta team as an HR Manager, specializing in employee engagement and policy application. This role demands regular travel to various sites for hands-on support.
Drax is looking for an HR Manager to act as the primary HR contact across multiple sites, driving culture and engagement initiatives. You will navigate complex human resource issues while empowering and coaching leaders, ensuring fairness and supportive work practices. Collaborate with HR specialists to implement initiatives that resonate throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite HR support for leadership and staff
• Champion employee relations and performance actions
• Guide return-to-work processes and accommodations
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture
• Manage the rollout of key HR programs and systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 5–7 years of HR expertise, preferably in industrial sectors
