Downtown Ambassador

TERM, FULL-TIME

Reporting to the Downtown Ambassadors Manager, ambassadors connect and provide on‑street customer service and support for all downtown businesses and members of the public by answering questions, promoting Downtown Winnipeg BIZ programs and services, and businesses we serve.

Job Type: Term, Full‑time. Salary: $16.70 per hour. Location: Winnipeg. Term End: December 18, 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as an on‑street concierge, answering questions regarding businesses, directions, parking, and events.
• Provide courtesy walks, escorting individuals to their destination downtown.
• Promote the Downtown BIZ events, programs and downtown businesses.
• Assist with Downtown Winnipeg BIZ and third‑party events and programs.
