Documentation management Analyst

Role

The CADM Analyst is responsible for recording all configured documents into the product lifecycle management database (PLM) and manipulating them according to project contractual requirements and organizational policies. They provide guidance to projects on configuration management best practices, ensure adherence to those principles, and support and train users on CADM‑related processes.

Tasks

• Create, release and maintain configured records in the product lifecycle management database in accordance with the company configuration control management processes. Configured records/documents include bill of materials, all documents, drawings, Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Deviation Implementation Notice (DIN), items, electronic files, etc.
• Perform BOM updates, transfers to ERP, workarea/workflow creation and/or modification, linking operations and coordinate related debugging when required.
