Document Control Analyst
Job Description
Attend EHS trainings when required.
- Responsible for maintaining and controlling all HWSM documents that are part of the Quality and EHS Systems.
- Manage the Internal Audit process for ISO/TS 16949 Quality System including responsibility for evaluation and selection of internal auditors.
- Manage the supplier inspection, receipt and evaluation process.
- Generate DMR in case of any rejection and (or) low qualification by suppliers, as well as request corrective actions, when there is any event.
- Inspection and verification of raw material or purchased parts, as well as identification and labeling of approved and (or) rejected material, when any defective material is found, in the case of the upgrader or warehouse staff has the authority to reject the product and follow the procedure.
- Manage the customer feedback process as well as respond with actions to the demands received through the customer satisfaction survey sent every semester.
