District Sales Manager, Small Format

Location: Brantford, Waterdown, Hamilton, Niagara.

Salary Range: $94,500 – $115,500 annually.

Responsibilities

• Execute all sales priorities and initiatives for customers in the territory.
• Understand P&L and manage budgets.
• Manage a team of Sales Development Managers.
• Coach and develop the team of direct reports while fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Maintain relationships with accounts and serve as the connection point with Sales area leadership in operations.
• Interact regularly with store‑level and local chain leaders; accountability for selling in and adherence to calendar marketing agreements.
• Provide feedback to national customer teams.
• Execute and fulfill all channel, package and pricing plans provided by the Commercial Leadership COE.
