Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) accountable for in-store execution for essential customers.
- Drive sales volume and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coach and develop the ASM team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- English language proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
- Travel 30-40%.
- Permanent employment.
