In your role as District Installation Manager, you will be responsible for managing installation projects and ensuring alignment with budget expectations. You'll lead a dedicated team, mentor key personnel, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency. Close interaction with cross-functional teams will support the execution of secure and optimized installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive completion of installation projects on time and budget
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and technicians
• Manage subcontractor network for project execution
• Ensure project profitability through revenue monitoring
• Assist with inventory processes as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent study
• 3-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience
