Channel & Distributor Network DevelopmentSource, negotiate and onboard regional distributors, ESS integrators and installation contractors; establish tiered distribution network and achieve annual channel expansion & sales KPIs.Design distributor rebate policies, governance rules and enablement programs to deliver pre-sales technical training and after-sales capability building for channel partners.Identify commercial/residential storage & automotive OEM project opportunities and drive end-to-end regional business execution.2.
Build Localized End-to-End After-Sales System from ScratchConstruct local after-sales organization: arrange resident field engineers, audit & qualify third-party service vendors, deploy authorized regional repair sites.Draft full set of after-sales SOPs: service request workflow, on-site maintenance specs, warranty claim rules, spare parts replacement & returns, customer complaint closed-loop management.Oversee spare parts wareho...
