Dispatch Supervisor

Position Summary

Responsible for working with and leading the day-to-day activities of the Dispatch Team to effectively implement transportation services to customers while ensuring all activities are accurately recorded in the company’s transportation management system.

Morning shift 7:00 – 3:30 (on-call and overtime as needed)

What You Will Do

• Supervise and support a team of dispatchers in a high‑volume, live dispatch environment
• Oversee driver scheduling across shifts (approx. 40–45 trucks/day)
• Coordinate with staffing agencies for driver coverage and scheduling changes
• Act as the main escalation point for customer, driver, and dispatch issues
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch activity in the A1/A1T system
