Director / VP Finance – Victoria BC - you are energized by building something great!

As an experienced CPA, you will mentor a finance team and maximize technology efficiencies while being part of the business and building something great. The role reports directly to the President and engages regularly with the Board. It is a full-time, in-office position based in Victoria, BC, leading a finance team of four to six professionals across diversified consumer packaged goods manufacturing operations.

This is both a strategic and hands-on position. You will elevate the maturity of the finance function, bring greater rigor, reporting depth, and analytical insight, and act as a trusted thought partner to the President and Board.
