Job Summary

The Director, Regional Banking supports the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Regional Vice President (RVP) in the day‑to‑day operation of the region and acts on their behalf in their absence. The role implements business line strategies, facilitates product and delivery issues, and provides direct support to the network.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of short and medium‑term initiatives to position the bank within the market and achieve business objectives.
• Research and gather competitive intelligence and market positioning data.
• Conduct key analyses and develop proposals for significant market issues.
• Review and provide feedback on proposals from Districts and recommend to SVP.
