Director, Recovery and Integration (Vancouver)

Overview

In accordance with established vision, mission, focus and values of the agency, the Director, Recovery and Community Integration provides operational, clinical and strategic leadership to support the development, implementation and evaluation of specialised supported employment and psychosocial rehabilitation services within multiple Primary Care Centres and bed‑based treatment and recovery services across the province. Specific responsibilities include engagement, programme development, continuous improvement, operational oversight of research and programme service delivery, programme evaluation, outcome management, financial and reporting management and quality assurance for two provincial projects funded by the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction, involving a research component.
