We're hiring a Director-level People Business Partner to operate as a business leader on the company's most critical teams — using AI and data to drive execution, insight, and speed. This role exists to raise the bar, increase talent density, and make the org stronger every week — so leaders execute faster and better.
This is not a traditional HR role. This is a high-judgment, high-trust operator role.
What you'll do
This role has five core product areas. Each has customers, outcomes, and measurable results.
Diagnose structural gaps before they become hiring or performance problems.
Model team design options with tradeoffs across headcount, span, layers, and role clarity.
