DIRECTOR OF SALES AND OPERATIONS

We are seeking a results‑driven Director of Sales & Operations to lead and optimize performance across our 4 retail stores (3 brands – Gallery 1 Furniture, Ashley HomeStore, Worldwide Furniture), and distribution centre. The role would be responsible for driving sales, revenue growth, improving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless end‑to‑end customer experience from showroom to delivery.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals across all locations.
