Oak Valley Health is seeking a visionary Director of Quality, Patient Safety and Interprofessional Practice to lead the strategic integration of clinical excellence, patient‑centered care and infection prevention. Reporting to the Vice President, Clinical Programs & Chief Nursing Executive, the director will cultivate a high‑reliability healthcare environment, champion a collaborative learning culture, and lead a team comprising Managers of Infection Prevention & Control, Quality & Patient Safety, High Reliability Organization and Professional Practice.
