Job Description
Lead manufacturing excellence as the Director of Production Operations for a well-established manufacturer in custom cabinetry. Oversee operations, safety, quality, and team productivity in a fast-paced environment.
This impactful leadership position is designed for an experienced professional eager to strengthen operational processes and support growth. The Director will manage a non-union workforce of 100–160 employees, driving performance and ensuring quality across multiple shifts and site operations.
