Position Summary

Crystal Clean Maintenance is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to lead our Organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing operational performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing key client relationships, and ensuring profitability across the division.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership — Lead, manage, and hold accountable the operations team to ensure execution of short- and long-term company goals, measurables, and operational processes
• Operational Leadership — Drive operational excellence through strong leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Operational Leadership — Ensure all operational procedures and standards are consistently followed across the division
• Strategic Projects & Process Improvement — Lead and deliver cross-functional projects that support operational improvements and company growth initiatives
