In the role of Senior Director, you will spearhead the Merchandise Planning team, ensuring alignment with GDI’s financial goals and market demands. You will oversee inventory management and OTB processes, collaborating effectively with merchandising and financial partners. Your leadership will enhance team capabilities while developing strategic merchandise plans for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute strategic merchandise plans

• Manage inventory levels with seasonal strategies
• Foster team recruitment and development initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Mathematics, or Finance
