What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading all manufacturing operations to ensure production, quality, safety, financial, and delivery objectives are consistently achieved
• Driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles, workflow optimization, equipment utilization, and plant layout improvement
• Managing and developing both salaried and unionized teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, coaching, and succession planning
