In this senior leadership role, you'll report to the Senior Vice President of Global Services & Regional Support. Your focus will be on driving the governance of IT service management and optimizing financial operations. Transformational leadership in environments with complex stakeholders will be crucial as you oversee global service delivery and ensure effective IT outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end global IT service delivery performance
• Establish and govern service delivery models
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for transparency
• Lead incidents and systemic service issues escalation
• Collaborate with PMO for operational transitions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• 12+ years in IT service delivery and operations
