Director of Field Support

Agilus is recruiting for a Director of Field Support in the Property Damage Restoration Industry in Halton Hills, Ontario.

The Director of Field Support oversees estimator training, operational support, and technical guidance for locations across Canada. They act as both a coach and quality‑control leader, ensuring strong estimator skills, consistent estimates, healthy margins, and successful claim outcomes on all restoration projects.

Total rewards: $100,000.00 – $105,000.00 annually.
