Director of Education for Shibogama

Lead educational initiatives across Shibogama communities as the Director of Education. This role encompasses oversight of programs from preschool to tertiary education while shaping strategic policies.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will manage curriculum development and administrative processes aimed at student success. Your leadership will guide the education team, ensuring community engagement and compliance with educational policies. As part of the senior management team, you will collaborate closely with local education directors and facilitate communication throughout the Shibogama area.
