The Office of Continuing Competency & Assessment seeks an innovative leader for a 0.4 FTE Director of Continuing Professional Development position. You will collaborate with education specialists to develop and maintain CPD programs ensuring CACME accreditation and coordinate with various health organizations, including the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CPD Medicine program development with the CPD team
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CACME standards
• Collaborate with local and national healthcare stakeholders
• Identify educational gaps and plan necessary programming
• Strategize within the Office of CCA for CPD enhancement
