Lumenix is seeking a seasoned bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical implementation efforts for the AIMS Platform at MUHC. You will serve as the primary clinical lead, working closely with teams to facilitate workflow integration, accountability, and training. Your expertise will enhance both clinician and patient experiences through technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead as the primary clinical expert onsite for AIMS
• Engage with nursing leadership and hospital staff
• Design effective implementation and adoption strategies
• Conduct comprehensive training for clinical users
• Monitor technology outcomes and adjust practices accordingly
Requirements:
• Active RN license with clinical experience
• 5-10 years in nursing, preferably in leadership
