Elevate client relationships as the Director of Client Experience with Groupe ABS in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. Drive business development, account management, and client satisfaction while enhancing the company's market presence.
In this role, you will lead client retention and strategic account management efforts within a growing territory. With a minimum of five years in engineering consulting or related fields, you will develop long-term relationships with public and private clients.
