About the Opportunity
KingSett Capital is seeking a Director, Multi-Residential Asset Management to join the Toronto team reporting to the Senior Vice President, Multi-Residential & Hotels. In this role you will work very closely with management to assist in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of value creation strategies.

Role Responsibilities
- Maximize value and optimize property performance.
- Partner with property managers in the preparation, reviewing and approving annual property budgets.
- Monitor property performance against budgets.
- Develop long-term plans for major capital projects in a cost effective and service enhancing strategy.
- Conduct monthly property reviews to ensure timely delivery of property results, alignment and advancement of key property objectives.
