About the Opportunity

Experience Advisors (XA) is seeking a Learner Services Manager to lead and oversee our instructional design function and learner strategy practice. This role sits at the center of delivery excellence, team leadership, and client partnership.

You will be responsible for guiding XA's team of instructional designers, overseeing the end-to-end development of learning solutions, and ensuring that client engagements translate into high-quality, measurable learning outcomes.

This is both a leadership and hands‑on role. You will shape how we design and deliver learning, elevate our standards and methods, and ensure that our clients experience a seamless journey from initial scoping through final delivery.
