Job Description
Drive strategic labour relations initiatives at GreenShield as the Director of Labour Relations and Health & Safety. This role combines strategic oversight with compliance and conflict resolution expertise.
As a vital part of the People and Culture Leadership Team, you will design and implement labour relations strategies, lead negotiations with Unifor, and stay current on compliance laws. Your role supports creating a positive workplace through constructive employee relations and conflict mediation, contributing to long-term business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate enterprise-wide labour relations strategies aligned with CA
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances
• Facilitate strong relationships with Unifor at all levels
• Analyze metrics to improve labour relations practices
• Design compliance training programs for staff
