Director, Labour Relations – responsible for leading labour relations for a specific unionized colleague population and partnering with business leaders to develop and execute strategies in alignment with the organization’s workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead aspects of labour relations for a specific unionized colleague population.
• Develop strong, constructive working relationships with labour union representatives.
• Partner with business leaders to manage the development and implementation of long‑ and short‑term strategic labour objectives.
• Lead a team of LR Managers and LR Specialists in the administration of key labour relations functions, including grievance management, dispute resolution and the development and implementation of labour relations initiatives.
