Director, IT Product Management, ESG for Public Markets and Private Markets
Job Description
This is an opportunity to lead delivery for ESG for Public Markets and Private Markets product at a leading asset manager. As Product Delivery Director, you’ll manage a cross-functional team to drive strategic initiatives, platform enhancements, and operational excellence across ESG data sourcing, calculation engine/scoring and reporting. You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes, advance modernization, and champion responsible AI solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping ESG roadmap, client experience and sales effectiveness, contributing directly to our mission of empowering clients and teams.
Position Responsibilities:
Own product delivery across ESG applications (ESG data sourcing, calculation engine/scoring and reporting) across Public Markets and Private Markets.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and QA across agile squads; set goals, coach, and drive accountability.
