Director, Health, Safety & Environment

The Director, Health, Safety & Environment is accountable for leading the successful development and implementation of the HSE program for the assigned client account. The Director is responsible for understanding the various construction-related or service-related hazards, the associated risks and business drivers in designing and implementing an HSE program appropriately suited for the client account. The program must be aligned with both strategic and organizational risks as well as the functional solutions (e.g.IT) already implemented or planned. The Director must have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the industrial, service and construction environments in order to design the health and safety program accordingly. The Director is also responsible for implementing initiatives to address and strengthen health and safety culture, with Take 2 for Safety and Workplace Zero as the cornerstones.
