In this full-time leadership role, you will report to the President & CEO, guiding the Resource Development Team and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fundraising strategy development and implementation
• Lead and develop the Resource Development Team
• Manage donor engagement and stewardship programs
• Build successful sponsorship initiatives and negotiations
• Ensure donor database integrity and compliance
