Main Responsibilities

• Lead sponsorship strategy andpipeline:target list, outreach sequencing, follow-ups, closes
• Manage sponsor relationships end-to-end: timelines, deliverables,logistics, and expectations
• Maintain an organized contact database/CRM for all external partners
• Support creation of pitch materials (decks, one-pagers) and prep meeting agendas/call notes
